the Fu Mold - Informational Document

The Fu was my 2nd mold design, with dates from late 2015 on my hand drawings. Another one that was sketched out and then carved in Bondo for testing. In 2016 I had the confidence to have the mold machined into hard aluminum.

Still in the vein of a traditional fingerboard mold and modern skateboard shape, the kick angles, concave and wheelbase all contribute to its excellent performance.
All prices are in CAD making them even more affordable in nearly every currency on earth.

A deck from the Fu mold can be made in sizes ranging from 32mm up to 36mm. 29mm decks can also be made but become a little more flat in the concave. Lengths average between 96 and 97mm on the Fu mold.

Stock shapes are the traditional rounded popsicle as well as a squared shape. Both shapes are time tested and proven to be incredibly high performing boards.
